1. SERVICE SCOPE & QUOTATIONS

All service prices listed on this website ("Starts from") represent base pricing. Final project quotes depend on client requirements, production scope, location distance, media slot durations, and feature specifications mutually agreed in writing.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Project commencement requires an advance deposit as specified in individual service agreements. Balance payments are payable upon milestone completion or final asset handoff.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon final settlement of project fees, client ownership of final deliverables (completed ad video masters, website code, developed application builds) will be transferred, excluding proprietary helper libraries or stock assets.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Digitobrand executes promotional and media campaigns adhering to professional industry standards. However, third-party media channel broadcasting schedules, TV/Cinema slot alterations by networks, or external platform policy changes are subject to publisher terms.
